Ministry Coordinator, is the Minister of State for Presidential aide with the main task to coordinate the preparation and drafting policy and implementation within the field of responsibility, he replied in the activities of State government.

Duties include coordinating the Coordinating Minister for the ministers in ministries and other agencies as deemed necessary, to coordinate the formulation of policies, accommodating and seek settlement of the problems that arise in the areas of coordination and follow the development of the situation, as firmly as-close coordination on handling the problems that have a bearing between the field of coordination with the other Coordinating Minister, submit reports and information materials as well as suggestions and problem solving in their responsibilities to the President.

Coordinating Minister see to it that the Minister / Head of Institution in its coordination environment maintains its unity, unity of language and measures related to government policy, so that its implementation both at central and local are always integrated.

In the case of joint problem-solving efforts can not be obtained by the Coordinating Minister for the settlement, the Minister Coordinator reports to the President either alone or together with the Minister / Head of Institution concerned along with the consideration-consideration for obtaining the consent or instructions of the President.

In carrying out all its responsibilities, the Coordinating Minister is assisted by a staff consisting of, the Secretary of the Coordinating Minister, Assistant Minister Coordinator, at most 5 (five), and Staff Specialist, at most 5 (five) persons.
